Opening the Door is just the Beginning

Sure the NX1701E card reader was designed for keyless door entry ut it can do so much more. With the card in your hand you can open the door, arm or disarm your alarm system, turn on or off other equipment such as the air conditioning and control lights and appliances using X-10 automation.

The Card is You

The NetworX reader "learns" the unique smart card serial number and allocated each one to a user of the alarm system. Now there is no need to enter your code, just present your card at a reader and turn the alarm system on or off.

Make your Life Simpler

The readers can even help you present false alarms by disarming the system before opening the door or by preventing access when the alarm is armed. Once the alarm system is disarmed visitors can safely open the door and move around inside the house without setting of alarms.

The new NetworX card readers make using your NetworX panel even easier

Not Everyone needs a Card

Your system can now be programmed to automatically unlock and re-lock the door for a specified period. When the first valid card is badged at the reader, the door is latched unlocked allowing everyone else free access. The door is automatically re-locked at the programmed time.
